DEVAGAR was built with privacy at its core. In a world where apps collect everything, we collect nothing. Your mindfulness journey is personal, and it stays that way.

What We Don't Collect

• No email addresses or contact details
• No names or identities
• No location data
• No usage analytics or statistics
• No crash reports or diagnostics
• No advertising identifiers
• No tracking across apps or websites
• No cookies or similar technologies

What Stays on Your Device

Everything in DEVAGAR is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's secure storage:

• Your breathing session history
• Your meditation timer records
• Your journal entries and reflections
• Your lofi listening sessions
• Your progress streaks and stats
• Your app preferences

This data never leaves your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, no databases. We literally cannot access your data even if we wanted to.

Third-Party Services

We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. Zero. None. Nothing.

Data You Control

Since all data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Deleting the app deletes all data permanently
• Using "Reset App" in settings clears all data
• Your data is included in iOS backups (iTunes/iCloud)
• You have complete control over your information

Children's Privacy

DEVAGAR is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no data whatsoever, there are no special privacy concerns for children using the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our privacy practices (which we don't plan to), we'll update this policy and notify you through an app update. The current version will always be available at this URL.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws, you have rights regarding your data. Since we collect nothing, there's nothing to access, delete, or transfer. Your data is already entirely under your control on your device.
