Getting Started

🚀 How do I get started with DEVAGAR?
Simply download the app from the App Store and open it. No account needed, no sign-up required. Just tap "Begin Your Journey" and choose your first practice: breathing, lofi sounds, meditation timer, or journaling.
📊 How do I track my progress?
Your progress is automatically tracked on the Home tab. You'll see your total sessions, time this week, and current streak. Complete any activity (breathing, timer, lofi, or journaling) to build your stats and maintain your streak.

Features

🎵 Why can't I hear the lofi sounds?
Make sure your iPhone is not in silent mode and the volume is turned up. Check that you've given the app permission to play audio in your iPhone Settings. If using AirPods or Bluetooth headphones, ensure they're properly connected.
⏱️ Can I customize the timer durations?
Yes! While Focus mode starts at 25 minutes and Relax at 5 minutes, you can add time in 5-minute increments using the + button. The maximum timer duration is 60 minutes.
📔 Are my journal entries private?
Absolutely. All journal entries are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. They never leave your iPhone, are not uploaded anywhere, and only you can access them.

Privacy & Data

🔒 Where is my data stored?
All your data (journal entries, sessions, progress, preferences) is stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to servers or the cloud. Your data stays private and under your complete control.
☁️ Can I backup my data?
Your DEVAGAR data is automatically included in your iPhone's regular backup (via iCloud or iTunes/Finder). To restore, simply restore your iPhone from backup and your data will return.
🔄 How do I reset the app?
Go to the Settings tab and tap "Reset App" at the bottom. This will clear all data including journal entries, sessions, and progress. This action cannot be undone, so use it carefully.

Technical

📱 Does DEVAGAR work offline?
Yes! All features work completely offline. Your data is stored locally, and you don't need an internet connection to use any part of the app.
🌙 Is there a light mode?
DEVAGAR is intentionally dark mode only. The warm, calming dark palette is designed to reduce eye strain and promote relaxation, especially in the evening when most people practice mindfulness.
Will you add more features?
We're committed to keeping DEVAGAR simple and focused. Future updates may include more ambient sounds, breathing techniques, and minor improvements. We'll never add tracking, ads, or unnecessary complexity.
